Long time coming, but they finally got here (a week early!), and are starting to settle in.
Woodpile is temporary (they were supposed to be in NEXT Sat!?), artwork by my daughter!  8)

Awwwe Newbee, really and truly I think that's the cutest hive art that I've seen so far.

Although, I do miss seeing Glock's gargoyles  ;) 8)

Thanks for the pics.

Some comments .....
You might want a taller hive stand --- Save your back when examining bottom box.
With the stand extending outside the hive this could be handy for pests attacking the hive.
The holes in the blocks can house nasties.

Thanks Barbarian. I've got some extra blocks, maybe lay them sideways instead of vertical? I'm planning on moving the hive slightly, where the woodpile is, actually, so don't want to do anything too permanent.
