Peanut Clusters

1 12oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 Tablespoons honey, your own is best of course
2 teaspoons water
3 cups unsalted peanuts (can substitute half with raisins)
Sea Salt (optional)

In microwave, slowly melt chocolate chips, honey, and water, stirring every 15 seconds.  When chocolate is melted and smooth, stir in peanuts.  Cool 10 minutes.  Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax or parchment paper.  Lightly sprinkle with sea salt if desired.  Allow to cool and harden.  Chill if necessary.
