Each applicant can get up to 3 hives per year.  How cool is that?  It says the state will inspect, so education will probably come with that.

It sounds like it doesn't include the bees. it replaces a program where the state reimbursed the beekeeper for the cost of his hive. I wonder how many flow supers they ended up paying for under the old system. With the program supplying the equipment, It will be able to supply more hives cause who would worry about the cost if the government was reimbursing the cost.
