Honey Consumer charged with smuggling illegal substance
« on: August 26, 2019, 05:23:07 am »
A Jamaican man, returning to Maryland, from a trip to visit relatives was arrested at the airport for 3 bottles of honey.  Security at the airport detained him, claiming the bottles contained liquid methamphetamine.  Being a loyal honey consumer, a beekeepers dream, turned into a nightmare.

I wonder if he at least got to keep his honey.

I bet you could make more money if you relabeled your jars. Liquid Meth. Organic. Natural. Pure.

I bet he didn't.  The honey got tested several times.

Several years ago, in the Denver area, I saw honey for sale that had cannibus oil mixed in it.  They were asking top dollar for that product too.
