Honey Extraction Video: Excellent
« on: September 03, 2019, 04:48:30 pm »
I am a big fan of Dr. Keith Delaplane.  I found this video he did on honey extraction and washing and rendering wax cappings.  He covered many of the questions beginners and first timers might have.  There was a few tidbits that I learned from it, so I thought I would share.

He is using basic equipment that a beginner might use.  I think the extractor might be older than he is!

Baker, I have that exact extractor.  I found it at an antiques barn and bought it for $20.  It isn’t perfect but it does the job.  Thanks for posting, I picked up a few tips.
