Bees seem ready for Spring

We checked our hives today, and everything is looking good. The bees are bringing in lots of pollen and seem to have plenty of nectar and honey. The queens are laying a good pattern. We found drones and drone cells in two of the hives. No queen cups or queen cells. Plenty of extra frames for the bees to draw out.
Temps were in the 70's today, may dip into the 60's and rainy by the end of the week. A few of the mesquite trees have started putting on leaves, and that traditionally means Spring is here. We're hopeful.

How exciting! I wonder how many weeks my location is behind you? Hey the ground hog said, "Early Spring!"
