Our garage turns into the butcher room. Beer, shots, muchies, tv, tall stories, pot of chili or whatever. Then we get a pic or a few and label it "Wanna touch a killer?" or "Wanna touch four killers?" which ever applies for the year

Really such a nice time of year, the air smells so good, and meat in the freezer. Which reminds me, I'm about ready for some venison taco's  :) 8)

Down the street here is a full-service butcher.  I just shoot, throw the deer in back of the truck an drive down to the butcher.  Easy peasy.

If I posted about my venison meals, it would be a daily post, maybe more. Last night was venison roast, this morning it's venison sausage. Tonight, it is going to be venison bar-b-que.

Friends brought it over.  We made the chillie.  He said he just cooks it as you would italian beef.  I know he didn't put any peprochini's in it.  He left that up to us.

Grind up venison hamburger and bacon.  Good burgers!  :)
