Didn't treat them at all. I think they are Minnesota Hygenic Bees... they are one of the hives I bought from Farmall...
Must be good stock cause I just let them Bee and they survived 2 years!

Only inspections to check on them and tidy up the hive...didn't feed them in fall either...no sugar nothin'...

I used a lazer thermometer today on the outside of the hives and all 4of my Hives seemed to read a cluster in the top deep that was 56 F even the one that I thought was dead. Smaller cluster by the temp readings than the other 3 but the cluster read 56 F on outside of hive and where there was no cluster it was 45F...
