That is an incredible swarm JP. It has to be over 6lb of bees in it that is the bee population required to fill 2 deep supers.
If you dumped them in to a single and but honeycomb sections over a queen excluder they would make an abundance of comb sections.

I'm so jealous! We probably have another month before we see any swarms here. I had a chat with our bee association president the other day and he seems to think we may see them a little early this year. I hope he's right.
