I run mine horizontally.  fits nicely on a drip rack/basi.  I do have a perferrated (sp all wrong, but what the heck) stainless steel 'tray' that sets under the uncapper and captures and allows the cappings to drain.  I suspect whatever you might mount this to would requires some small or modest modification since fitting square to round or sometimes even square to square almost always requires some form of transition device.

I think mounting this over my cappings spinner could only be done easily if it was mounted vertically. They don't seem to recommend it being used that way though? I wonder what the reasoning is for that, as it sure seems easy in that video Apis posted.
