   After a day setting bricks and standing on my feet from 8 AM to about 6 PM...  After a LONG winter... I felt old today..   Sat down with my rum and coke...  and after half an hour tried to get up...   Took me a few minutes to put down the uprising and intercept the messages to the Union Rep from my knees...

I hear ya! once a week I put a bee on each knee just to the outside of the knee cap. Works like a champ. I'm pushing back knee surgery as loooong as I can.

Jen, i've had both of my knees replaced, wish i had done it sooner.i can carry deep supers of honey to the truck without taking baby steps now, and clime ladders again. don't put it off to long.  Jack

I wish I could get a lower back replacement!

Ah Yes, I have to deal with that as well. I put two bees on my lower back when it gets too achy, and thats mostly in the winter.

Do you have to take pain meds Jack?

Jen, no i don't have any pain in my knees. One knee was replaced six years ago the other one was only 4 months ago. I don't have to worry about setting supers up side down now. Jack
