5th inspection
« on: April 06, 2014, 01:52:59 pm »
sorry no pictures this time lol, hive two had bees working on all 10 frames, and starting to add wax to the top bars, added a second brood chamber and put some brood up in it to attract bees.  that colony seems to be doing very well, saw a couple of Queen cell cups, but that's all they were.
Colony number one, was on 7 frames, starting to actively draw the deep foundation I still have to figure a way to get rid of the medium frames without losing a ton of brood but otherwise that seems to be building up somewhat nicel my smoker broke on me, nothing serious but I wanted to move with a purpose lol.
