Been a long couple of days going through all the stuff my wife bought.
44 Deep boxes with frames. 36 Medium boxes with frames. 32 Shallow honey supers. 24 Comb honey supers. Two stainless decapping tanks. a 12 frame dadant extractor. Plastic decapping tanks. Solar wax melter. Misc queen excluders, including 4 OLD zinc stamped excluders. Filtering gear for honey and wax. Boxes of wax foundation and un assembled frames. Hot Knives, honey buckets, a 55 gallon stainless honey storage tank. A 20 gallon stainless honey tank, etc, etc.... Lots of stuff to sort and begin cleaning.
Most everything I need to reach the 50 hive mark I have set for myself.
I built a pair of the double nuc set ups a couple days ago. The type that uses 4 frames and a standard hive tele cover fits.... A standard hive body divided that two 4 frame nuc bodies fit on top of.
Changed my mind after they were done and painted.
I built two new bottom boards instead that will accept standard 5 frame nuc bodies. Since I use mediums.. I like it better with the extra frame. I'll take some pics tomorrow and show the difference to get opinions.
