I had another look at this hive today. The queen is laying like a champion and there were a few drones in the hive (none flying). I was planning on selling her with a Nuc, but I just can't let go of a queen like this one. So now my plan is to remove this queen in about one week and give her a couple of frames of brood and lots of drawn comb to lay in. Once the parent hive has re-queened itself, I will pull brood from the Nuc on an ongoing basis and bolster the parent hive to pull in a bumper crop of honey. This hive is so full, I may do two Nucs, one with the old queen and one with a surplus queen cell 10 days later.
