Did you try to anchor them with a frame of brood from another hive Blue?  So much going on right now I have lost track a bit..
Both cut outs and swarms I try to give them reason to stay. Some brood, maybe an extra drawn comb or two, and syrup...    I have not had one abscond yet doing it this way....    I am sure I will eventually hit the stubborn ones like you just did...   Bad day when that happens, but like you said, they are not the last waiting in line for a custom condo in Blues bee paradise.

 Nice, I like that, Custom Condo in Blues Bee Paradise.  I have housed handfuls of swarms/cutouts and first time for this.  I don't normally pull a frame for them.

Ok G, I did some reading and I am reconsidering our conversation about blank and drawn frames.  I think they they wanted to unload all the supplies they gorged in the way of new comb and there was no place to build.  I will leave a couple of blank frames next time.  I can't explain why my other swarms stayed at this very moment.  But, I may have had some empties in them.

If this happens again, I will start using a piece of queen excluder at the entrance for a few days.

You might be on to something there Dave. If you watch your video again they were festooning on those frames, which to me indicates they are going to start pulling comb out. I think they are getting the wax warm enough to work.

I noticed the festooning too G.  They were doing it on the open frame of swarm #6 from today.  Go check it out in swarm section.  I left them alone this time.
