We had to move and had no internet for 3 weeks. Finally got it up and running now. Had to split up hives as I live in the city now but I have a good place for the rest of them.  On 10 acres that use to be a nursery. Lots of fruit trees. Very nice place. Seen lots more activity from all my hives now that I've moved them. Anyway glad to be back on and catching up.

Ty riverbee. I have a cousin that might come and join us here he's thinking about getting started in beekeeping. I need a new video card so when I get that I will post some pics.

Marty, it sounds like your computer is hunkering down for the winter, like a good colony of bees.  Make sure it has enough reserves of honey. :D

Nice to see Marty and Adrienne meeting in the forum.  Who would have imagined?

thanks jen, riverbee, and ef. i'm doing all i can do with my bees and hers to make sure we both have enough reserves to last the winter. this winter will give me time to continue building nucs boxes and a few other things that i'm trying to sell out her to other beeks. but mainly for myself as i see i will grow again next year. glad i started doing this.

jb is a great guy but during this time of the season i rarely get to see or chat with him as he is busy farming all the time. come next year i will be seeing him a lot during the spring months as i'm sure we will be collecting swarms and setting more traps
