i have been listening to the news and just heard about all the long distance rocket fire in israel.

Efraim lives well within range of the regular Hamas/Palestinian missiles. As we know, he is no stranger to sirens and safe rooms. The long range missiles add more complexities to the situation and to his and his people's life.

Thanks for this post. I have a special place in my heart for Ef and Israel. I would join the IDF if they would let me. Oh, and don't worry about Ef too much, that man can run very well, up hill and over rock terrain like a mountain lion! I took this photo of him as he was leaving me in his dust.
