Is that a cannonball?
Like the pic of the sparrow in mid air. ALso like the Hawk.. Looks like someone modified the boat anchor to dig in a little better!

Thanks! My laptop is going kuput so I'm cleaning it out. I know that sparrow is yelling Cannonball! One of my fav pics. And, I'm a huge fan of raptors, hard to catch them tho ~

yes I have been told by my bride that I have too many birdhouses. I did thin out the swallow houses though. I still have one pair that comes back to the bluebird house every June and I let that stand.

Minz- Nice piece of land you have there! Like I said to Stonefence, can't have too much bird anything, the more birds in my yard the better

That sixth pic looks like a
prairie falcon
to me. When they come, the other birds disappear. I've seen the prairie falcon kill and carry some good sized birds.....strong fliers. The Falcon is US Air Force Academy's mascot.
