soft set honey

hi all just need a bit of advice, I have just made a warming cabinet and warmed some osr honey  now it as nearly melted can I turn it into soft set honey or do I have to wait while it settles down a bit

osr - oil seed rape
soft set honey  - creamed honey
I'm starting to think that the bees are keeping me...

not sure with that style honey.. I have done several jars just by mixing well with granulated honey.. within a few days the entire jar was granulated.. pretty good on toast and equally as good in my coffee, but seemed like a lot of work for the same results of putting liquid honey on toast or coffee so I have not done it since then..
   Have never heard it called soft set either..  Hickerbilly as bad as Jack is a Hillbilly..    8)

hi all thanks for your replies we have different meanings at this side of the pond we call it soft set honey eu rules load of garbage, I just was not sure if it would spoil the honey if I creamed it while still warm

as long as it is not to warm that it melts the seed that is introduced to start the fine granulation process
