Does he have blue eyes?

His eyes was blue when he opened them which caused us some concern that  he may be blind.  However his eyes have changed to brown with a light tint of blue you can see if the light hits right.

I looked up piebald, I've heard the term. The link below tells a bit about the color of the eyes with piebald animals. So very interesting.

Bronx is crated at night, he is a rescue, arrived at 18 months and his startle reflex and my housecats, or me tripping on him, might not be good, he still has nightmares. But if I lay down on the sofa to take a nap and he is in the house and loose he delicately sneaks up on me and very carefully stretches out on top of me, all 107 lbs of him.  I am enjoying him very much, because at age 7, we've already done all the cancer surgeries we are doing, and I know his time is limited. For today he is happily chewing cici's bone. benadryl is blocking the histamine.

Shame on you. Where's his seat belt?

He started this yesterday. I was telling the wife about it she didn't believe it so we took a ride so she could see him drive.  Funny thing is when I don't let him set like that he will set next to me with his back turned towards me looking over his shouder  almost as if he is shaming me for not letting him join in on the fun. When I say ok he will turn around and set down like he always does :)

Now that is funny... my mom had a dane way back when, and he used to give her the shoulder as well. And, he could tell when she was going to leave the house and he would go into the shower behind the curtain and shake ~ such personality he had.
