Greyhounds do that a lot as well, something they refer to as "roaching"? Quite common apparently for certain breeds.

The consensus was Copper!
She is a beauty, very friendly. She is small at only 53 lbs, where Rosie was a big girl at 75lbs.

I don't have a bee dog, I have a prodigal dog.  Socks (black with white paws) wandered off a couple of years ago and stayed gone for about 6 months.  One day he showed back up and seemed happy as could be.  I never found out where he went.  So now we call him Socks The Wander Dog, or Socks The Prodigal Dog, but we ought to call him Spoiled Rotten!

Welcome Copper! You're one lucky girl  ;D

Hahaha Slow, I was raised with a golden lab, he would wander off for days and days. Mom would throw me in the car and we would drive around calling for him, his name was King. He would always find his way home, always torn and tattered from chasing a female in heat and fighting. And off he would go to the vet to have his ear or whatever sewn back on. Serious scrapper he was. He lived to a ripe age of 18.

Ole Theo slept so good yesterday upside down he did it again for his noon nap today.  Don't take much to entertain either one of us.

Looks like BOTH them dogs are as spoiled as ours..   We have given up two recliners out of the three in our living room..  If you sit in one of "their" chairs, they will give you the evil eye, staring at you till you move....

Nice blanket there, Jack. er, I mean nice dog.

I bet he thinks he's going to grow up to be a big dog some day.
