Well the newbees from Chester Basin,Nova Scotia have arrived thanks for the invite Perry. Well my wife and I attended a Bee School for a day last spring and we were instantly hooked with these amazing little creatures
. We lined up some equipment a couple of nucs and we were off. We had a bit of a rocky start with one of our hives, but with some sound advice from Perry and others like you we had quite a successful year. I think we had about 25lbs of honey in our first year and experienced making some lip balms, candles etc. Like I said earlier my wife and I are hooked and hopefully the girls make it through there first winter and we even do better in our second years. I look forward to lots of advice and I'm sure we will be needing help in the spring.......
