LOL! very true.... it never ends equipment needs.....but reverse for me yankee, what i found is, the more involved they are, the more they realize the equipment necessary to get the job done efficiently!.....

solar wax melters are awesome jen, but for some not practical. i don't like to do it in the winter months for a number of reasons, but most of all  i like how the sun does lighten the wax, and really don't like to fool with it indoors.

I would remind her that a Drone can come and go when ever he wants , finds other queens that treats him better , and can go from one hive to another and be fed and treated like a King by all the women there. At the end of the year usually in Oct. i die because i don't like winter and S__w, only to be reincarnated the next year (so i never grow old) As you can see, it's going to be a long winter. Jack
