Greetimgs folks!

So I get a PM this morning and decided to check out this new forum.  Amazing, I think to my self - I recognize all these folks.  Feel like I missed something.  What happened, the mite load get too high?

Anyway, I signed up, obviously.  Still scheming my Spring 2014 start in bees.
Regards, Dennis

Hey Dennis.
Really glad you found us. Lots of familiar names, and plenty of new and friendly ones as well.
We need a strong Canadian contingent here to keep them rest of them in line!  ;)

... Do you have your bees ordered yet?
Hi, Crofter.  Thanks. Yep .... sort of ... I think.  First guy I 'ordered' from had advised that, due to all the bees that were ordered but left unclaimed last Spring, he wanted full payment up front with order this Fall.  Went to confirm order and pay buthe had decided he did not even want a deposit.  So I <think> I have two nucs ordered from him.  Another guy was advertising nucs in minimum orders of 10 (local bees) so I asked him to put me down for 10 (no deposit required) but did not get any confirmation.  Bottom line, I think I have either 12, ,10, 2 or 0 nucs ordered for next Spring.  A little disconcerting for a newbie but maybe this is how it is done.
