Okay, so, let's set the "story" straight. It was I that went into the crawl space first and yes, I did indeed, find the queen. As everyone knows, Scott is really quite shy and introverted, lacking in self confidence. Personally I believe this stems from deep rooted low self esteem issues. Here's what REALLY happened. I went up, found the queen, thought how much good it would do Scott to be able to say that he found her. You know. I was attempting to help bring him out of his shell. The poor soul.
The cut out was a lot of fun! It put me in mind of wrenching on duplex's with my dad and brothers. It reminded me that you can't say for sure what's inside the walls of an older home until you open them up. There should be a stud here, there's probably nothing there, I think the wires run the other way, etc. Never having been involved in a cut out before I can't say if it was tougher than most or not but, I was tired when we left!
