Forum does not remember me , have to login each time

It is the only forum behaving this way,

at least my browser is keeping the password, so easy enough , but must be a master setting as there is no check box asking the forum to remmeber me

This is across IOS and Win7 (firefox and IE)

click on log in. It will open another window. There it has the "keep me logged in" check box.
