When you visited Israel, your bus route from the Sea of Galillee to Jerusalem probably passed by it, or relatively near.
I've got another interesting archeological dig planned for your next visit---a place called Khirbet Quayafa, not far from where we visited together.  A fascinating and nicely preserved site from the time of King David.  Recently it has been in the news here, telling about a jug that was found and reconstructed, with an ancient inscritpion on in, mentioning a personality  referred to in the Bible.
