I love it when they do that, have you ever gone up and very slightly lifted or pressed the palm of your hand on the beard. The beard is soo soft and gentle, feels alive and very warm.

And speaking of weather predictors, the other day around 5pm, I saw what seemed like hundreds of bees going into my big healthy hive, none coming out. I watched for a few minutes, no robbing for sure. Then about 40 minutes later we had a rain gully washer to beat all. That was a true test to me on how they maneuver around mother nature :D

Well our local weatherman said this mourning hot and humid with temps. of 95 degrees and slight chance of rain, and that would be in northern Mo. Well i'm in SW, Mo. and at 11;00pm we had a toad strangler :o it rained 1 3/4 inches in just over 30 min. and it's still a light rain coming down? They had high winds with it just 18 miles east of me (Marshfield, Mo.) noon news said it blew the roof off a barn and laid it across Interstate I- 44 ???. Sometimes mother nature doesn't agree with the weatherman. ;D Jack

Jack- Other than the fact that bucket rains like that can cause damage to your plants and blooms, I love rains like that!

Naw , just a video to some extreme flooding going on in my part of the country right now.  Had another three inches here last night in two hours.  stranded from home for a few hours.  No deaths this time, property damage is all. Been out checking on what I could get to.

dunkel, i for one would enjoy seeing your video. you can't upload them direct from your pc or smart phone, you have to upload them to you tube. (easy, but you have to have an account). when you upload the video to you tube you will be given a code or just click on the 'share' button, copy the code and insert it in the body of your post.  in composing mode you will only see the code, but if you 'preview' your post you will see your video.  any problems or questions, just holler at one of us admins and mods, that's what we are here for!  looking forward to seeing your video, hope you and yours are doing alright?

the code would look something like this:
