Bee "haver"

Hello all. My wife and I are new "Bee havers". We have bees that we got from a cut-out in early July, and they seem to be doing well, but I dont think we get to call ourselves beekeepers until we keep them over winter.
We are in south western Pennsylvania, near the Ohio river.
Looking forward to learning much here in the forums!

Welcome aboard. I sometimes wonder it's bee have-ers or behavors. Like you, I have bees, but do not really consider myself to be a beekeeper. Instead, I am a a lucky fellow that owns some bees. Again, welcome aboard.

Hello brian bee. If you "have" bees, or "keep" bees, you are one of us. It's a friendly group we have here, and the one thing we all have in common is our passion for bees.

Welcome.... From a bee "kept" human. I'm convinced the bees are keeping me, rather than the other way around. They have me waiting on them hand and foot.

Yea what Iddee said. The bees seem to survive in In spite of what we do for/to them. Welcome to the forum.

Welcome! Sometimes when I get so busy and I can't check in on the bees for weeks, I feel that I am a bee "haver".

Welcome on joining the "crowd".
Now you'll be able to learn "beehavior".
The frustrating part of the learning is that bees always have surprises for us.
