Well, it's started. We had our first frost of the year Monday morning. It was pretty patchy, but frost none the less. We actually had a thin sheet of ice on the truck windshield.
I'm gald its finally cooled off. It's been a long hot summer.

Nice winter so far. About 12 inches of snow, and one night with a low down to 12 degrees. 30 day forecast above normal temps, with below normal snow fall. I love it.

No snow yet in upstate NY but we have had several hard freezes but the day temps have been in the 50's. We had a fire in the outdoor pit last night and we all hung in there for about 3 1/2 hours .... then the temps dropped and we called it a night. Beautiful night with that full moon and a little Black Sambuco to chase away the chill
