I like efmesch Idea. He is right about getting it looked at. just to get a guy to look at it will be $90 if it needs freon and the leak is obvious and easy to find your looking at $180 or more before it is recharged with freon. But there are some minor, replace them yourself parts, that can keep the unit from running properly. By the way the add was written I doubt that it was looked at by a professional. When a commercial fridge or freezer go down the first thought people have is it must be freon but In most cases it is some other part, Fan motors, defrost timers, door switches, temperature limit switch. I would check it out to make sure it is not something simple first.
