It was in the mid 40's and I figured I would have a break from bees today. A friend was moving today and I needed to retrieve an old nuc swarm trap fro his property. I saw a new fly out so I tapped open the lid. To my great surprise, a handful of bees stormed out of the entrance!

I have an Ultrabreeze suit with those same burn holes in it as well.
Not a big swarm, but if it has a laying queen it's all the same to me. Good catch.

Ha! Yes Perry, I caused the biggest hole on my leg with my smoker the first week I bought the suit! I thought, great, $260+ and I have already burned a hole in them.  Nope, not a big swarm but will be a good start for next year!
