Well I have eggs I would say some would be close to 3 days as there was royal jelly in the bottom of a few cells.
It is so exciting to watch a queen grow.

What breed of bees are those pictured. They look longer and slimmer and larger than my Italians. The look more like a paper wasp and have darker stripes.

I don't know what the dark ones are, as they were a Swarm I picked up.
The lighter ones are just some local queens raised by my father in law.
They were drawing wax comb when I picked them up.
