Rain in Arizona
« on: August 22, 2016, 07:12:47 pm »
It is either feast or famine here in the big AZ as far as rain goes and we just got  our 4th such rain in as many weeks. This should prove to be a good fall flow..... If you notice there is very littl ground without moving water above it and we are on a hill and there is a normally bone dry wash (now a river) in the background, likely over an inch in 20 minutes or so and has now settled to a slow drizzle.

Cheers, Bill

wow!

we have had some pesky rains and high winds here in wisconsin, at least my hives and my house are not under water or in standing water!
high winds during rain storms have taken a great deal of trees down.

rains here have been at times downpours of 3-4 inches in a short period of time and a great deal of flooding............our bridge is out down the road and won't be repaired until 2018 they say............ :D :D :D

thanks for the pic!
