My daughter,( Jackie, 50 yrs. old last June the 6th) has been having back problems and having trouble walking. 6 years ago she had back surgery and the removed a disk, three years before that she had bells palsy. She has continued to teach 2nd grade and walking with a walker, but the last month she has been having trouble lifting her feet and having spasms in both legs. She has seen several doctors and had 11 MRI's
. Today my wife took her to her new Neurologist that has went through all of her records and test, and she has to go in the mourning for a final test that will tell us for sure if she has ALS? the doctor has said she thinks it's ALS, the slow type and we will know in the mourning. We need your prayers, she has a 8 year old son, 20 year old daughter and a 26 year old son. My son-in-law is having a hard time accepting it, along with the rest of us. It's in Gods Hands now. Jack
PS. what we can't understand is it's inherited, and we have checked both sides of our families and no one has ever had ALS that we know of as far back as great, great grandparents???
