Seed Catalogs
« on: December 23, 2016, 08:32:24 pm »
It's the first full day of winter and I received my first seed catalog today!  I also saw bees flying this afternoon so I did a quick lift of the lid and slipped in sugar bricks.   :)

The catalogs came late this year but the itch struck early. I ordered 2 batches of vegetable and flower seeds from

And Baker Creek Heirloom:

Very happy so far. Trying Rice and Peanuts this year (first on both counts!) Compost was delivered last week, and I'm just waiting on my buddy w/ the tractor/tiller to come over so I can finally get started! Building a new garden this year on our land, 20x40. Fencing it in from the deer is going to be a pickle.
