I am envious of your location, especially at this time of year. It will be another few months before we can actually start to work the bees here in Canada.

Great to have another member in the forum from "down under". 

In Israel we enjoy the benefits of many different varieties of Eucalyptus trees and shrubs that have been selected and imported from Australia.  They have been selected for both the pollen and nectar they provide--often during seasons when local plants aren't producing.
