I listen to BrainFM while working, it's like music with alpha waves (or something like that), makes you focus better. I find it quite useful actually, and prevents me from getting distracted

I've never heard of such a thing. I'm going to check it out. Most of my attention issues have been addressed with gluten avoidance and decreased sugar intake. But there's still room to improve.

Listened to the pine cone bluegrass FM 94.7 WQDR (if anyone wants to listen in next Sunday 7-9 EST on the net) show a couple of hours putting wax in deep frames. Ran out of frames darn. Build more tomorrow.
