Ultimately, where we spend our dollars directly influences what we will see in the market.
When I get a good deal or am treated well, I make a point of mentioning it and telling others. The same thing goes the other way.
The wholesale place where I buy all my jars is a great case in point. They go out of their way for me every time, and are absolutely one of the best places to do business. Every time I'm in there I have a riot. A year ago I sent an email to the parent company "complaining" that it shouldn't be so much fun to spend money in a business!
What only took a few seconds to do is important, it lets them know they're doing things right.
Home Depot should be informed that their carrying that product is not!
