This is what happens when the government inspector is there and you take off your veil.
Didn't hurt all that bad but I look like a I'm carrying luggage under the eye the bag is so big. :laugh:
Darn thing flew in behind my glasses and got stuck there, just glad she missed my eyeball. :o

Ouch!

One of our dachsunds got hit in his eyeball.

I can't imagine the pain, or what would happen with bee venom in there!

mr river decided to change his deodorant a few months back..........i told him to lose it..........wouldn't listen to me, but the bees told him............ :D

last sunday, he took one sting above the left eye on the eyelid and 2 stings to the lip while working the garden last weekend.  (they been pestering him since the deodorant change, i warned him). i watched after the first sting to the eyelid, then the second, and third. he went running up the driveway for the house cuz the bees were chasing him.  i had to dig the stingers out and asked him how that deodorant was working out for him.......... :D

he had a trial bright and early monday morning ........ :D

minnesota judge says 'counselor, hope your weekend was a good one'........... :D

wisconsin client says 'geez, what bar did you go to and what jail were you in'.............. :D  :D  :laugh:

perry, not trying to hijack your thread and sorry to hear of the stings to delicate places on the face, but that's what ya get when you lose the veil......... :P... :D

Whenever I get stung I can almost 100% of the time assure you it's because I deserve it. :yes: :yes:

Agreed! I don't mind a couple or so stings tho, my bones feel better... however, I do wear a ball cap and loose veil just to keep them out of my nose  :o

Perry that happened to my husband last year. When the inspector was there also. He got stung in the nostril which caused a large clear pouch to form under each eye and his upper lip looked like Homer Simpson's.

Perry, beauty is only in the eye of the beholder!  :laugh: I worked out yards two days straight with no stings (i think?) then yesterday i went out to the shed and picked up a bag of salt mix for the cows and slung it under my arm, Bingo, instant pain :o, i dropped the bag and looked to see what got me? I was happy to see it was a bee :yes: my first thought was a spider bite, i've been bit twice by the Brown Recluse spider and had to go to the doctor :sad: The stinger was in me and the bee was trying to pull loose, so i was careful and got her loose and put her in the grass, knowing she would die slow that way ;D Who would of thought a bee would be on a bag of salt ??? Ahh Shux Scott, it won't be this year, swarming all calmed down now. To bad for you  ;D I have new jammies now too. It got too uncomfortable sleeping in the old jammies with all the dried propolis and all  :laugh:
