Micro Bottling Tank
« on: November 16, 2017, 05:24:04 am »
So I was thinking of something unique for the farmers market.  What if I advertised if you brought your own jar/bottle, honey would be "this" price.  But I do not want to lug a 10 or 15 gallon tank.  I don't want to use a 5gal bucket though.  Anyone ever see a smal setup?

I know several retailers that offer that and it creates loyal customers.  One beekeeper, with a full time store, is down near Austin, TX and has different varietals for the customer to choose from.
If you can't find a small tank, how about a bottle exchange program?

I would definitely stop it if the critters come.  I do not like the plastic gate for bottling.  I could always swap it out.  TY for the link.

I like that tank design because of the lock down lid. less spillage if knocked over and deterrent to people lifting it to snoop inside. and the stand is a bonus that you paid for.
