Ollo Watering Pot
« on: September 02, 2018, 08:50:23 am »
This is my plan for tomatoes next year.  Since tomatoes are all water, I got one of these Ollo watering pots off the internet.  You bury it up to the neck and plant around it.  The pot holds over a gallon of water, which slowly seeps out into the surrounding soil. The lid will keep the mosquitoes out.  I think I can plant 4 tomatoes around it.  After the season is over, you dig it up and bring inside.  Now, I have to figure out a way to keep the squirrels away.  Oscar, the new dog, helps keep the squirrels on their toes!
