I can't speak for the quality of this product.  I also understand that the effectiveness of a vaporizer can vary.  The experts are finding that how quickly a vaporizer heats up makes a difference.  If I remember correctly, you don't want the unit to heat up too quickly and burn off the OA too quickly.
