USDA's plant hardiness zone map updated

The USDA updated the plant hardiness map for the United States. The last time the map was updated was 2012. This change reflects about 2.5 degrees warmer in winter. The changes apparently only effect 1/2 of the country. I'm not sure which half is affected.
