WOOT JP Video!!!
I did one in a tire, but it was a combine tire the size of the one behind you in the vid. Unfortunately it was still on what was left of a rim.
I used a concrete saw with a metal blade, the type used in a chop saw. Had to cut JUST through the cords and rib band without cutting clear through the tire so I didn't fill the tire with rubber smoke, then used a razor knife to finish cutting the rubber.. what a mess that was. I am always envious, you make it look so easy.
