Does a package of bees come with a mated queen?

If advertised as a PACKAGE it usually has a queen. If you specify you can get a virgin queen or no queen from most places.

You may already know this but package often(about 30% of the time) superscede the queen sent with them so you end up with a virgin queen that breeds locally which ain't always a bad thing unless you live in AHB country. Jim
