They had honey labeled for every flowering plant that grows in Hawaii. Macademian nut was one of the favorites but most of the names i can't say. Sorry.

Spam flavored macadamia nuts?  Did you try any of those?

Yes, we did. we bought 4 different types:

Lehua & Cinnamon which is a white cream honey with cinnamon mixed thru-out. Very good.

Wilelaiki Blossum honey which is a light gold colored honey and much like my crimson clover honey. Very sweet.

Ohi'a Lehua Blossum honey which is a little darker than the creamed honey above. Not as sweet as I prefer.

Macadamia Nut Blossum honey which tastes like macadamia nuts.

Gypsi, we did try the Spam flavored nuts. They have samples of almost everything they sell for you to try. I almost spoiled my dinner by sampling so much stuff. The Spam flavored nuts were my least favorite and the only type that I couldn't have identified as "Spam" nuts.  All the other various flavors were identifiable.

I really liked the Lehua & Cinnamon. The cinnamon is a nice addition to the cream honey. I may try that with some of mine.
