My favorite breed is mutt. Now interestingly enough the boarding training place and I both agreed this dog had separation anxiety, he is with a rescue with a man in charge (boarding facility mainly had women), and not exhibiting problems. But he had also just been neutered and for all I know the vet gave inadequate pain shot on the way out the door, although he did not seem to be in pain.
Still I'm happy with my tradein pup. Little guy is some kind of aussie shepherd mix, tame enough when it is just me here, but give him kids to play with and he is a happy but fairly gentle "psycho puppy" happily pouncing my 10 year old grandson. $465 cheaper to adopt too.
I wish the big hound good luck but I don't have time for high maintenance dogs or high maintenance people.
