Especially for California, who fines and fees and permits for  Everything. We have to wait a long time to get thru all the hoops in Cali.... grrrrr

Iddee, that is great news.  :occasion14:
 I just found this post today and have already sent notice of it to the agricultural extension services here in Israel. 
Hopefully, they will follow suit and help along with the processes involved---making the oxalic acid and the crystal vaporizers available easily.
Previous attempts of mine to get ahold of OA "for bleaching wood" have been unsuccessful---OA simply isn't available here.

I'm sure that I can ----the problem is getting it here, not only a question of the cost of international shipping but one of clearing customs.  If it's not an officially approved item, it would most likely be intercepted and confiscated.
