OK, I have everything in here except my 600 lb primary tank, but the lid is here on the floor where it might sit.
This may look confusing but bear with me as I try and walk you through it.
Here is the trailer, most everything is designed to come in through the door on the right. The front rail can be removed for super easy access.

Once through the door if you look to your right there is a storage area, this is where full supers coming in will go and empty ones stacked before they leave.

Turning around and looking down to the other end of the trailer you will see the start of my extracting line up on the right.

Basically the first tank "across" the trailer is the uncapping tank (which is actually my wax melter, but it works perfectly with my jiggle knife.) It is water jacketed and any cappings can fall and drain to the one end and out. To the right of that in the foreground is my wax spinner. As the cappings have had a chance to drain a bit I can scoop them out and into the spinner. To the left of the uncapper is my uncapping tray for holding uncapped frames while the extractor is running.
Just after the uncapping tray and slightly to the left is my Dadant 20 framer that will empty right into the top of my sump, which is located right after the uncapping tray. One thing I haver not figured out yet is whether to connect all 3 drains which are all close together from the tray, uncapper tank and the spinner, and run them into the end of the sump tank where the lower fitting is.

I'm, not sure how they will drain if the sump is full. I could try and move things around so the extractor empties into the fitting on the end and then somehow try to connect the other 3 drains and just have them dump into the sump over the side.

After the sump is my pump and then inline filter I will mount on the wall, then my primary and then bottling tank. I have also not yet figured out if I want the filter between my sump and primary, or between my primary and bottling tank.

The rest just shows you the bathroon, cleaning area and the place I just have my triple sink sitting till I figure out the best place for that to go.

I didn't know they could build you a house trailer with no rooms.

I guess you are far enough inland you don't have to worry about hurricanes blowing you away. I only think of that because my family had a mobile home business in Aransas Pass that was flattened by Hurricane Celia in 1970.

Anyway, it looks like you've done a great job getting things set up.

It's actually an office or construction trailer. Super heavy built, stronger frame, etc than regular mobile homes.
As far as hurricanes, by code it had to be anchored into the ground, so it is, 6 of them!

I could use the Apipacker, it is designed to be used as a bottler or a pump, but I haven't decided yet. If I absolutely have to I will get another pump.
I am so done with lifting buckets and stuff. We have mechanical means to do this stuff and it was about time I got smart enough to figure that out.

LOL, you do enough honey that mechanical means ARE necessary.. I like it, looks NICE, but, there is something missing.. an important piece of equipment, perhaps, THE most important piece of equipment in ANY honey house...
A honey house needs to be WARM inside, so the honey flows well.. which means that YOU are going to be WARM while you extract it and bottle it... so... where is the FRIDGE going?? Beverages!!! You will need BEVERGES!!!
Oh, you will also need to hire a VERY beautiful young lady to stand about and wait for you to ASK for a beverage, her only job, is to run back and forth delivering said beverages...

Yes, I tried that, My wife thought I meant my own daughter.......... :\'(

I could have used one there today. I went over with the intentions of getting everything hooked up and running, but it just didn't happen. I stared at stuff for a while, moved stuff around, moved stuff back again.
I changed out the float switch on the sump anyway. I was measuring the height of drains on this gear and that, trying to figure out a way I could hook up everything as short a run as possible, still have it where I needed it, and have everything drain into the sump.
Didn't happen. I started getting frustrated and a headache so I packed it in and went to an outyard for a break, There I found a small swarm hanging in a tree so I caught it and put it in a nuc box it was small enough. Don't know if it will stay or not.
This was just one of those days where I had hoped to get so much done and the exact opposite happened.
Maybe tomorrow will be better. I have escapes on 2 yards and there are 27 supers that will come off those hives tomorrow, and then once I unload them at the new honey house I will head out to another 2 yards and put the escapes on those.
Busy days ahead.

naw, it's the good looking guys standing around yammering to get me my beverages when i am extracting.................

taking the honey off this weekend and extracting myself, not quite your set up, but it works!

sleep on your frustration and take a few whatever for the headache or maybe a cocktail or two.......get some sleep.....tomorrow is a new day and great day, it will work out!

Yes, air conditioning and heat. It is made by "Bard".

CBT, yes, the warm room will be at the end right next to where the Bard heat unit is located. I can close off all the vents (sliders) on the plenum except the ones in the hot room if I'm thinking right.
